Finley, Ottumwa, Iowa died March 15, 2012 at her residence. Visitation will begin after 10 a.m. Sunday at Reece Funeral Home with the family present from 2-4 p.m. Sunday. She married Loren Wilson and he preceded her in death. He was very artistic and enjoyed Robert C. Francis, 93, of Ottumwa, died at 7:45 a.m. February 17, 2023 at Vista Woods Care Center.
